Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilitop ("jilitop," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the jilitop website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). 🔞 Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the jilitop Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by jilitop. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation of these Terms.
To be eligible to use jilitop, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
jilitop reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
To access real-money games on jilitop, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jilitop account. Operating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, or through third parties – is strictly prohibited. jilitop employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jilitop reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jilitop strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to protect your account. You agree to notify jilitop immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jilitop is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements, jilitop may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable identification documents include a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
jilitop accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. jilitop does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jilitop aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 60 seconds of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. jilitop reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on jilitop are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. jilitop is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jilitop reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of ₱100 on dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied.

All games available on the jilitop Platform – including Color Game, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, slots, and sports betting – are governed by individual game rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
jilitop uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in professional studio environments. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jilitop reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players.
Sports betting odds are set by jilitop's trading team and are subject to change up until the event commences. jilitop reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the odds were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilitop Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the jilitop Platform – including but not limited to software, game designs, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and the jilitop brand name and logo – is the exclusive intellectual property of jilitop or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jilitop.
jilitop collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jilitop may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud and money laundering. jilitop will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilitop's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilitop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if jilitop has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jilitop does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jilitop is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications failures, or government actions.
jilitop reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jilitop reasonably believes that:
Upon termination for cause, jilitop reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.
You may close your jilitop account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and jilitop, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jilitop support. jilitop will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause limits jilitop's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of jilitop's intellectual property rights or confidential information.
